Tommy Hitchcock leads Sevan’s sales team in driving growth and pursuing prominent multi-site brands in the retail and restaurant sectors. With over 15 years of experience in commercial construction sales, Tommy has developed a strong track record in building relationships with national brands. Prior to Sevan, he spent 20 years in the office furniture industry, including leading sales and marketing teams for a Fortune 100 manufacturer and owning two dealerships in the DFW market.
Tommy’s background also includes key roles at SOLID Surface Care and DAVACO, where he led national sales efforts and managed large-scale construction projects. His strategic vision and extensive experience help Sevan continue to grow its client base and deliver successful project outcomes.
Tommy holds a Bachelor of Marketing from Texas Tech University in Lubbock, TX. In his spare time, he enjoys music, traveling, and spending time with his family.
Chris serves as Vice President of Safety at Sevan Multi-Site Solutions, Inc., bringing over 20 years of comprehensive safety and risk management expertise. His experience spans diverse industries, including heavy industrial, oil and gas, chemicals, civil construction, power, infrastructure, commercial building, telecommunications, and residential construction.
At Sevan, Chris collaborates across all departments and consults for global brands to implement innovative risk mitigation strategies, ensure safety compliance, and deliver professional development training. His efforts drive process improvements and empower teams to excel. Chris is passionate about safeguarding employees, clients, and the communities in which Sevan operates. He also focuses on advancing the careers of Sevan’s team members by fostering opportunities for growth and skill development.
Beyond his work at Sevan, Chris serves as a National Committee Member for the Associated Builders and Contractors’ Tech and Innovation Committee, contributing to advancing industry standards and best practices.
As a seasoned safety leader and trainer, Chris excels in safety management, construction management, leadership, safety systems, human resources, and contract management. He is highly regarded for his ability to solve complex challenges, enhance organizational performance, and develop effective programs and processes.
Outside of work, Chris is a devoted father who enjoys spending time with his two kids. Together, they stay active with golf, soccer, and basketball. A native of Montana, Chris treasures their annual camping trips back to his home state, where he shares his love of the outdoors and creates lasting memories with his children.
Chad leads all of finance and accounting, information technology, and risk management groups at Sevan. He’s dedicated to process improvement, detailed financial reporting, and helping grow the company while maintaining and developing a small, highly skilled team.
He joined Sevan in 2020 and brings more than 10 years of experience in finance, accounting, and risk management. He previously worked at MYR Group where he oversaw the financials of three subsidiary companies with annual revenues of more than $500 million combined.
In his free time, Chad enjoys watching sports, playing any kind of game, and spending time with his wife and two daughters.
Mike Sims is a Senior Vice President of Construction Services at Sevan. He is responsible for growing our residential program, which includes military housing, barracks, and multifamily projects, while also strengthening our hospitality and commercial construction efforts.
With over 27 years of experience, Mike has managed large-scale projects across sectors such as industrial, commercial, multifamily, healthcare, privatized army lodging (PAL), and the military housing privatization initiative (MHPI). He previously oversaw $280 million in annual revenue at his prior company and has a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Brigham Young University. He enjoys golfing and spending time with his wife, Michelle, their five children, and four grandchildren.
As Vice President of Operations, Mark Borosky grows new and existing client relationships at Sevan. He leads program management teams across multiple clients and sectors. Borosky joined Sevan in 2021 and brings over 30 years of retail and multi-site management experience. Prior to joining Sevan, Borosky worked for Sunoco where he led retail oversight of growth and maintenance capital.
Troy Stephenson is a Senior Vice President of Operations primarily responsible for the Project Management line of business across all sectors.
With over 30 years of extensive experience in the restaurant and fuel sectors, Stephenson has led more than of 10,000 construction projects to date—managing complex restaurant and fuel/c-store remodels. Stephenson is particularly skilled at working with, improving and adapting to clients’ existing systems and processes.
Stephenson is highly accomplished in all aspects of construction, including Design Management, Estimating, Planning & Zoning, Construction Management, Property Management and Divestments.
In his spare time, Stephenson enjoys rock climbing, biking and competing in obstacle course racing.
Nick Peters provides oversight for four of our lines of business including Technology & Data Analytics, Civil, Zoning & Permitting, Surveys and Facility Assessments and Architecture & Engineering.
Peters works to integrate Sevan’s Lines of Business into compelling, consistent and programmatic solutions for innovative, scalable and consistent deliverables across all sectors. With over 30 years of industry experience—including nine years with Sevan—Peters has excelled at Program Planning, Pre-Construction Management, Planning, Zoning and Permitting services while serving in roles such as Project and Program Manager, Estimator and Finance Manager.
Peters has led general contracting firm operations for retail and restaurant construction projects in the western U.S., including Hawaii and Alaska.
In his spare time, Peters is an avid reader and enjoys playing tennis, hiking, fishing and watching wrestling and lacrosse.
Michelle Kretz leads Sevan’s legal team. Prior to joining Sevan in 2017, Kretz gained insight into construction, procurement and professional services projects in both the public and private sector. Kretz brings over a decade of unique experiences to her role after working as an Assistant City Attorney for the city of Fort Worth and as an Assistant Regional Counsel for the General Services Administration.
Mark Kinnare is a Senior Vice President of Operations and responsible for leading multiple clients in each of Sevan’s sectors. Kinnare also oversees Sevan’s Real Estate Development opportunities, where Sevan combines all lines of business to deploy world-class integrated solutions.
Kinnare has led over 75 commercial development projects in excess of six million square feet of land and building development across various sectors, including retail, restaurant, grocery, banking, office and industrial. His exceptional background includes developing relationships with major mid-market lenders, leading to success in securing over $125 million in financing across diverse industries.
Additionally, Kinnare’s prior experience as an owner and operator of a successful chain of specialty retail stores in the Midwest for over 18 years provides him with a unique perspective—intimately understanding our clients’ wants and needs.
Chris is responsible for recruiting, counseling and coaching, compliance, and organizational development in support of team members serving our world-class clients.
Along with his other duties, he provides valuable expertise for furthering our Mentoring Program and on-going recruitment efforts.
Chris brings 11 years of experience at CliftonLarsonAllen LLP, one of the nation’s largest public accounting and professional services firms, where he was responsible for the direction and development of 50 HR professionals across several HR disciplines. Chris holds a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the Society of Human Resource Management, a 360° Feedback Certification from Personnel Decisions International, and a Predictive Index Certification from Advisa/PI Worldwide.
Chris lives in Rolling Meadows, IL with his wife Kristine and their 3 children. When he is not cheering them on in their various sports and activities, you may find him on the golf course or in the gym.
Joe Collins is a Senior Vice President of Operations leading multiple clients in Sevan’s restaurant sector. His team is committed to delivering best in class program management solutions that meets clients’ needs and business objectives. Collins brings 30 years of design, procurement, and construction experience in the QSR industry having enjoyed a successful career with McDonald’s USA. Most notably during his tenure at McDonald’s, he led a national multi-billion dollar modernization effort that resulted in rebuilding, relocating, or remodeling over 12,000 restaurants in under 4 years.
A founding member of Sevan, Steve Kuhn remains engaged with the business as a Sevan Board advisor, Board member of the Sevan Charitable Foundation, and the primary recruiting relationship lead for his Alma Mater, The University of Cincinnati where Steve chairs a Dean’s Industry Advisory Cabinet for the College of Cooperative Education and Professional Studies focused on the expansion of UC Co-Op education both university and nationwide.
Before Sevan, Steve served clients through his consulting practice. He also led pre-construction and operations teams for three national construction and program management firms. His extensive background includes field supervision, scheduling, estimating, budgeting, pre-construction management, design management and project management. Steve has worked across a variety of sectors including government, education, institutional and healthcare.
Steve launched ShareBuilt in 2022 as a nonprofit serving nonprofit organizations in need of guidance planning and executing new construction projects.
Steve is a lifetime (and long-suffering) Cleveland Browns fan who enjoys travel, home improvement, woodworking and spending time with his grandchildren and his wife Dede.
Tom Glatz is a founding member of Sevan and oversees the company’s Operations across all service lines including Program Management, Architecture and Engineering, and Real Estate and Development. Tom is a versatile leader with a passion for delivering innovative solutions in the fields of multi-site program management, sustainability, design, and construction.
Prior to Sevan, Tom led design and multi-site teams for restaurant, banking, hospitality, petroleum and Americans with Disability compliance programs. He previously led his own energy, sustainability, and program management consulting practice.
Tom is an avid Pittsburgh sports fan and enjoys hiking, biking, and outdoor activities.
Jim Furis is a key member of Sevan’s leadership team and leads the company’s business development efforts across all sectors and geographies while excelling at creating and maintaining deep relationships with regional, national, and international clients. Jim helps clients see the many ways a partnership with Sevan can create speed and scale to capture additional “sales weeks” and ultimately generate program ROI faster.
Prior to joining Sevan, Jim managed client relationships for dozens of high-profile clients and programs across 15 countries. Jim has worked with clients in numerous sectors including automotive services, banking, healthcare, restaurants, waste management, and government.
Jim enjoys doing business with fantastic people all over the globe.
As President, Aaron leads all operations and support services at Sevan. In addition to these core leadership responsibilities, he is also responsible for strategy development and execution, acquisitions, and investor relations.
He joined Sevan in 2020 after holding various leadership positions at MYR Group (NASDAQ: MYRG) where he was integral in strategy development and acquiring five businesses with more than $600 million in annual revenue.
Aaron graduated from Western Illinois University with a Bachelor of Business in Accountancy and earned his Master of Business Administration degree from DePaul University’s KellstadtGraduate School of Business with a concentration in Finance. Aaron is also a CFA® Charterholder. Outside of work, Aaron enjoys all things outdoors, landscaping and home projects, playing drums, and cherishing time with his wife, two sons, and their dog, Charlie.
Aaron Reisinger is the President of Construction and Government Services. Aaron’s team provides general contracting to our government, housing, and commercial clients nationally.
Aaron served as an Army Engineer Officer for 26 years constructing for the Army globally. As a Colonel, he led the Chicago District of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers building civil works projects in six states.
He graduated from West Point with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and earned master’s degrees in engineering management, public policy, and national security. He lives in Puyallup, Washington with his wife, three daughters, two exchange students (Japan and Italy) and three dogs.
Jim leads Sevan Multi-Site Solutions. In 2011, Evans founded the company with a group of outstanding partners. Together they agreed on a vision: “To be the best in the world at delivering innovative design, program management, construction services and data analytics to organizations with multiple sites.” Sevan has grown to employ over 400 team members in USA, UK and Canada and works for some of the world’s largest companies – AAFES, BP, Walgreens, McDonald’s, 7-Eleven, Starbucks, Kroger, Walmart and Department of Veteran Affairs. Today Sevan delivers turnkey program management solutions including architectural, engineering, survey, permitting, construction services and data analytics.
Jim graduated with a B.S. in Engineering from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point in 1983 and with an MBA from Duke’s Fuqua School of Business in 1992. His active military service was with the 82d Airborne Division and 10th Special Forces Group including missions to nine different countries. He’s a graduate of U.S. Army airborne, ranger, special forces, and HALO schools. Evans worked with JP Morgan Chase in institutional sales/trading and structured finance from 1992 to 2000. In 2000, Evans joined Lendlease to help form a new PPP business that privatized 40,000 military family homes on installations throughout the USA. From 2005 to 2009, while still at Lendlease, he led a JV Alliance with BP performing program management on retail sites in U.S., Mexico and thirteen European countries.
Evans leads the Sevan Board of Directors. He serves as the Chairman for The Sevan Charitable Foundation, a 501(c)3 started in 2017 supporting charities such as RMHC, Fisher House, LLS and USO. He serves on the Advisory Board for the United Service Organizations (USO) of Illinois and is a member of Business Executives for National Security (BENS). Evans is a member of the local Rotary Club and enjoyed serving as an Assistant Scoutmaster in BSA. Jim is married to Rebecca Evans and together they have five children, including two Army Officers.
