Aaron Reisinger, Senior Vice President of Operations, joined Sevan this month and will focus on the company’s Government sector. Reisinger retired from 26 years in the Army leading cross-functional teams delivering over 200 complex construction projects to clients domestically and internationally. He was most recently the Commander of the Chicago District, United States Army Corps of Engineers. He led a $250 million program including a massive COVID-19 response building alternate care facilities, completed a $670 million flood risk management project in Chicago, and constructed a $300 million Asian Carp electric barrier protecting the Great Lakes. He earned a Master of Science in National Security Studies from the U.S. Naval War College, a Master of Science in Public Policy Management from Georgetown University, a Master of Science in Engineering Management from Missouri University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Military Academy.

Sevan’s team members who were promoted include Chris Galazka, Shiron Olson and Bradd Weddell.
Chris Galazka, Senior Vice President of the People Solutions team, has over 24 years of human resources experience. He has been with Sevan for three years heading recruitment, coaching, compliance, policy design, HR technology, analytics, compensation structure, marketing and communications and organizational development. Galazka also provides valuable expertise to further Sevan’s mentor program, career development structure and a massive disengagement from Sevan’s current benefits provider.
Shiron Olson, Vice President of Operations, has been with Sevan for seven years and offers over 16 years of experience in construction and project management. Olson has a strong background in retail petroleum and restaurant sectors. She has been involved in every phase of development programs, from initial site evaluations and on-site construction management to managing facility maintenance and environmental compliance programs across operating locations. Olson earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University, and is currently leading one of Sevan’s largest clients.
Bradd Weddell, Vice President of Operations, has been with Sevan for six years and has more than 20 years of experience leading major construction and project-management work. He has managed multi-site projects for some of the world’s largest companies including ground-up construction, major rebrands, equipment upgrades and interior remodels. Weddell is currently the account lead for one of Sevan’s largest clients.
