(Sevan) announces Joe Collins as the newly appointed Senior Vice President (SVP) of Operations & Business Development. Collins joined Sevan this month, bringing a wealth of experience and expertise from his three-decade tenure at McDonald’s.
As SVP of Operations & Business Development, Collins will play an integral role in elevating how Sevan delivers excellence for its clients. His expertise is instrumental in developing innovative programs with national brands—further solidifying Sevan’s standing as an industry leader and recognized expert in the quick service restaurant (QSR) space.

As an expert in all facets of new restaurant development and modernization, Collins played a pivotal role in overseeing restaurant design, reinvestment construction and internal team coordination during his most recent role as Senior Director of Restaurant Development at McDonald’s U.S. His contributions were instrumental in modernizing over 12,000 restaurants, coupled with the development of new prototypes in preparation for accelerated growth. Collins earned a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.
