CHALLENGE
WOW Carwash has spent the last five years building six car wash sites and needed a partner who could help them scale and go to market quicker. They also needed support evaluating potential sites and help working with municipalities to obtain the appropriate permits.
SOLUTION
Sevan provided development, surveying, zoning and construction management services to help WOW expedite their car wash development process. Sevan generated rapid site and zoning inspection reports along with site layout concepts and test fits to help WOW determine the viability of the site. Once it was purchased, Sevan’s construction management team partnered with WOW to design and build each store to the exact specifications WOW desired.
RESULTS
Sevan will provide WOW with 8 new sites over the next 18 months. Sevan has scaled the development timeline so sites can be built simultaneously, effectively reducing WOW’s development schedule by 6-8 months.
