CHALLENGE
Motor Fuel Group (MFG) needed a new build development for a new store, EV charging, forecourt, pumps and valet. The site was small, which made it difficult at times to make progress. A few design alterations were needed throughout the build, primarily with the heavy goods vehicle (HGV) fueling area.
SOLUTION
Wyeth, a Sevan company, delivered new fuel pipework and chambers for all existing tanks, a new HGV lane adjacent to the canopy and forecourt with central island. The team also added an island on the southern side with a new single-sided diesel ad blue combi dispenser, parking bays in front of the shop, four EV charging bays and a jet wash bay.RESULTS
Following modification works to the design, the space flows much better. The station also now has a new sales building with and food-to-go offer to be installed as a direct order by the client. The site is extremely popular and performing well.
