First Burger King built in existing space.

CHALLENGE
Motor Fuel Group (MFG) wanted to incorporate a Burger King into its existing building. The space needed foundation work, fitting out a mezzanine floor for the plant and fitting out the Burger King and preparation areas.
SOLUTION
Since it was a small area to work within due to the numerous contractors on site at the same time, the project was split into two phases. The first phase was the foundation works. The second phase was the fit out of the project and working with the design team and contractors to complete the project.
RESULTS
The project was delivered on time, and the client was ecstatic with their first Burger King.
