Challenge
Chase Bank needed to update 260 sites across the country. Each site needed to follow ADA guidelines and go through a redesign that matched its own innovation upgrade initiatives. In order to complete the work, Chase needed each site to be surveyed and have floor plans designed to help them understand all the updates each individual bank needed to go through.Solution
Sevan’s survey team performed ADA and conditions assessment surveys for each site and provided the data to Chase Bank’s site development team. The team created 360° panoramic photo documentation and as-built floor plans to allow the Chase team to view each site remotely.
Results
Sevan completed all 260 sites to help Chase manage their upgrade programme. Sevan also implemented a new reporting process which gave Chase site information quicker, allowing them to make faster decisions on which sites to prioritize.
