Challenge
Carbon Health wanted to to expand their new build clinics and assess mergers and acquisitions across the country. They needed help assessing property and organizing data in a timely manner to allow their real estate team to decide on what sites they would move forward with. Carbon Health partnered with Sevan to assess each potential site without disrupting day-to-day operations.
Solution
Sevan conducted conditions assessments at each site to show Carbon Health the status of their sites so they could prioritize projects. Sevan utilized compact laser scanners to minimize operational disruptions and the amount of time on-site. Once the data was collected Sevan built 3D Revit models and provided them to Carbon Health’s MEP engineers to confirm each site was sufficient.
