Developed a programme plan to efficiently complete each project



Every year, 7-Eleven budgets for tank replacements, fuel equipment and compliance upgrades for select fuelling stations across the country. To complete each project, they need help managing the replacements and upgrades, working with multiple authorities having jurisdiction (AHJs) across many regions, hiring contractors and securing materials and labour.


Sevan utilised our programme management and permitting teams to manage the programme from start to finish. The permitting staff worked with each AHJ to assess the requirements to source permits and begin the work. Our project managers sourced GCs and subcontractors to coordinate with 7-Eleven and their vendors and verified all the appropriate equipment was ordered and accounted for to keep the work on schedule and on budget.


Since 2019, we have completed 250+ tank replacements and fuel equipment upgrades for 7-Eleven while staying within 7-Eleven’s targeted annual budget and timeline requirements.
