These changes reflect Sevan’s continued commitment to delivering high-quality, scalable solutions to multi-site clients and building a strong foundation for future growth.
In recognition of their outstanding contributions, Sevan has promoted several team members to key leadership roles:
Chris Carter has been promoted to Vice President of Safety, where his leadership in jobsite safety has been crucial to Sevan’s reputation for excellence in this area. Chris will maintain Sevan’s high safety standards across all projects, helping to further elevate the company’s safety culture.
Chad Ruter has been appointed Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Chad’s extensive experience in finance and operations has already made a significant impact on Sevan’s systems and processes. In his new role, he will fortify Sevan’s financial strategy to support continued growth and operational success.
Tommy Hitchcock has been promoted to Vice President of Business Development. Tommy’s leadership has been integral in expanding Sevan’s client base, including growing key accounts such as IKEA and QuikTrip. In this new role, he will continue to drive the company’s expansion and ensure the long-term success of client relationships.
Ed Flavin joins Sevan as Vice President of Marketing & Communications, bringing extensive experience in marketing and public relations to elevate Sevan’s brand presence and communication strategies across the organization.
Kelly Jo Jefferis, from Threaded Marketing Group, will expand her role as Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). Kelly Jo’s marketing leadership has played a key role in Sevan’s continued brand growth. With support from Threaded Marketing Group, she will oversee all of Sevan’s marketing efforts and drive its visibility and marketing position in 2025. Kelly Jo has also taken on a role as a board advisor with Sevan, becoming the first female board member.
Aaron Becker has been promoted to President of Sevan, overseeing the day-to-day operations. Aaron’s nearly five years of leadership have been instrumental in strengthening Sevan’s infrastructure and advancing the company’s growth trajectory.
These leadership changes follow a year of operational improvements and strategic focus and are essential to Sevan’s plans to build on its momentum in 2025.
